Amanda Brugel

She was given a Fine Arts Talent Scholarship to study at York University's theatre Program, where she graduated at the age of 20 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. In the last 20 years her career has seen her appearing in a variety of films and television productions. The most well-known role was the one of Rita (shown in the video below) in The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel is the only Canadian actor on the show in Season 1 which was only seen in a few episodes.
